Reiki is a form of energy healing which has its origins in Japan. It is a gentle, non-invasive practice which helps balance the individual's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy.
Reiki at the Empty Hand Zen Center is offered in the following formats:
- Individual Treatment sessions for those who would like to experience the benefits of Reiki
- Reiki Level I and II classes for those who would like to become certified practitioners
- Reiki Level III classes for those who have completed the first two levels
- Reiki On-going Practice Sessions for those who have completed at least Level II (either at EHZC or with another teacher)
Dates for Reiki Classes will be scheduled as interest dictates. Reiki I and II are taught together in one class. The suggested donation for this class is $200. The suggested donation for Reiki Level III class is $300. Scholarships are available for all classes. The Individual Treatment sessions and the Reiki Practice sessions are also offered without charge. The donations for all classes and practice sessions are given with appreciation to the Empty Hand Zen Center.

Learn about Reiki, and how to give yourself and others a Reiki treatment. The class begins on Thursday evening from 7pm to 9:00pm. Continues from 9:30am to 4:30pm on Saturday, and from 12:30pm to 4:30pm Sunday. A flyer will be available at the EHZC.
